Duties & Responsibilities:-

• To receive materials verify with material requisitions & Purchase orders, acknowledge only for quantity storage & issue of materials against authorized requisitions.
• Prepare stock ledger for each material (showing details of receipts & issues of material)
• Prepare Stock Transfer Note for the materials which are transferred to other sites when the need arises.
• Monitor stock/ movement & timely inform procurement team through construction manager & also initiate purchase request for routine items/ consumables.
• Coordinate with QC engineers for arranging inspections & obtaining approval of materials delivered at site.
Keep track of materials where expiry dates are applicable & issue them accordingly.
• Provide stock report to PMs/ CM /PEs as & when required
• Proper store and manage store in order to identify and prevent from damages, loses and misuse
• Conduct verification to match that material are the right qualities with required quantities as requested.
• Issues a non-conformity report if there is any material or tool received not conforms to the specified quantity and quality.
• Submission of delivery notes to accounts with LPO copy twice a week.
• All materials will be verified with physical stocks vs document
• Sufficient documents must be available to justify transition
• Proper safe guarding practices will be apply to prevent damages of materials & equipment
