    * Mechanical part and assembly drawings in Autocad at the factory
    * Production Planning on our customised software
    * Assisting Production Department in Quality Control & checking of input raw materials

    Desired Candidate Profile :
    Diploma holder (Mech Engineering) with good working knowledge of AUTOCAD;
    Experience in Sheet Metal Industry will be an added advantage;
    Good overall computer knowledge (MS Excel);
    Previous work experience in Autocad essential;
    Capable of independently making Autocad drawings from machine parts (including measuring skills using Vernier Callipers / Micrometer/etc)

    Title : Development of new technique in Radiography
    Client : Bharat Heavy Plates & Vessels Ltd., Visakhapatnam

    Description : The aim of the project was to develop a technique to find out the minute defects (3-6mm length) in Heat Exchanger weld joints. Such inspection is mandatory for critical equipment to ensure 100% defect free. One of the uses of such Heat Exchanger would be in cryogenic engineering.
    A new Image Quality Indicator (IQI) technique was developed which was used in the radiography of the weld joints. This improved the clarity of the vision of the weld defects on the radiographic plate, thus helping in the certification of Heat Exchangers.
