    Responsibilities :
    - Responsible for timely resolution of all kinds of complaints, request and enquiry received from Corporate Customers and Relationship managers
    - To ensure retention of the critical and high value corporate customers through various proactive and reactive measures thus resulting in enhancing revenue through reduced churn. Designing and implementing various retention initiatives to reduce circle H-ARPU churn.
    - Co-ordination with CRM / billing /network/ BSS team, Backend Operations and other cross functional teams to resolve customer issues including billing related issues.
    - Churn Control - Launching pro-active measures & initiate program for retention e.g. loyalty programs etc, Active Base mgmt, working closely with customer care to help them take correct action for churn prevention.
