Position : Product Manager

Job Responsibility :

* Maintain, manage and develop PartyGaming BackOffice portal interfacing with and servicing users within the organization and aligning with Partner requirements.
* Scope of management includes managing access control, upgrading reporting tool suite and publishing common protocol to be used across the company for new developments.
* Generate new ideas, enhancements to existing reports, usability of the common features and accept related requests from internal and external requestor groups
* Develop the product roadmap for all BackOffice portal components. This product roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing suggestions from partner and internal users.
* Create functional & UI specifications, conduct specification reviews with requestor groups, development teams and partners.
* Interface with delivery, project management, creative, Business Development and other functions to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches.
* Define, track and improve key product metrics and develop tests against those metrics
* Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity and develop and maintain detailed and up-to-date analysis of the competitive landscape. Continually review current products for additions or changes that help drive closer to company goals

Essential Requirements :

* Ideal candidate should have 5+ years online product management experience including the creation of detailed functional specifications, with an excellent track record of developing, launching, and marketing online products and BackOffice tools
* Technical product management experience preferred with and understanding of BackOffice, CRM tools; shared services and interfaces essential. Understanding of. Data mining and software development processes is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats
* Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams and to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry
* High flexibility in work schedule and desire to "go beyond the call" to reach extraordinary standards for the product
* Additional preferred experience : software user interface development, functional specification development in Visio and online or offline gaming industry.
* Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
