    Job Responsibility :
    Individual Contributor :
    1. Handling a team of 25 associates looking after their productivity as well as quality of delivery of work as well as TAT of client.
    2. Considerable exposure to ESL (English as a Second Language).

    Medical Record Management :
    - Electronic sorting and indexing medical documents, medically categorizing the documents as per the specifications forwarded by workmen’s compensation offices.
    - Preparing the records for peer reviews.
    - Managing troubleshooting activities using sorting software tools and software application used to create automatic workflow, working in close coordination with the software programmers for implementation and upgrade.

    Documentation :
    - Visual proofreading, electronic spell check, grammar check, for medical inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
    - Tracking the latest industry trends & developments and keeping abreast of the same.
    - Networking with the summarizing doctors to understand their needs.
    - Ensuring that all medical documentation activities are executed in the specified TAT.

    Quality Assurance/ Compliance :
    - 1. Interfacing with the clients & handling project appraisals.
    - 2. Monitoring adherence to HIPAA guidelines and conducting internal audits at the unit.

    - Interacting with the QATLs to understand their requirements so that work and process can be customized accordingly.
    - Doing one to one with the team to understand what is going perfect and what can be improved better so that service delivery can be achieved more easily .Also these one on one help the team member to understand where are they heading to and what is management expectation towards
    them.
    - Designing new tracker or matrix that will help the team and the management to understand the health of the process easily.

    - At times give some presentation to the team on team bonding, effective resource utilization, prioritization of work etc.

    - Types of Reports : Consultation, Progress Notes, Follow-up notes, Letters, Operative Reports,
    Discharge Summaries reports.
    - Specialties : Family Practice, Internal Medicine, ER reports, Endocrinology, Allergy and
    Immunology, Dermatology, Cardiology, OB-GYN, Neurology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Genetics, Hematology & Oncology, Urology, Radiology.

    - Maintain optimum quality and productivity of the team.
