Project 3 : Data Migration from CATIA V4 to V5 of A149 & A139

Client : AGUSTA WESTLAND (ITALY)

Description :
The main objective of this project is to migrate all type of data, which is created in CATIA V4 such as solid model file with single and multiple parts, surface models, 2D draft files to CATIA V5. 100% migration has been achieved with history for all types of models and 2D drawings with all associatively.

Responsibilities :

- Analyzing the CATIA V4 data before migrating
- Repairing of migrated parts and quality checking in CATIA V5
- I covered Part design, Surface modeling, generative shape design, Sheet metal, Aerospace Sheet metal, Assembly modeling, and clash analysis, generative drafting, detailing with GD&T.

Project 4 : Modeling of Standard components

Client : AGUSTA WESTLAND (ITALY)

Description :
Modeling Project of standard (both Mechanical and Electrical) aerospace components by using design table & relations. And creation of catalogues in CATIA V5 R18. Building relation between parameters, creation of design tables, rules and catalogs.
