- Responsible for handling process of Cashless operations.
- Responsible to maintain TAT of the Cashless operations.
- Handling Escalation calls/ Mails related with cashless.
- Handling Inbound calls.
- Resolving customer queries on mails with proper resolution and within a TAT.
- Providing training to new joinees and assisting them with process of cashless Operations.
- Coordinating with Hospitals through mail to get more Information about Employee hospitalization.
- Reverting mails of clients, Hospitals, Account Managers and Internal stake holders.
- Coordinating with Account managers and internal stake holders for any new updation in policy.
- Streamline and manage the entire back office operations.
