* Lead and guide production line workmen to achieve manufacturing goals/objectives with optimum utilization of the resources.
* Create & implementing TPM environment, shop-floor discipline and house keeping.
* Engage in SPC interpretation and related improvements
* Ensure establishment of new machines.
* Maintain daily pull system - buffer management
* Maintain material requirements and follow up with respective departments .
* Monitor cycle time optimization efficiency and improve performance of bottleneck m/c.
* Production deliveries schedule control, channel efficiency improvement activities,
* Shift Management, resource allocation, manning.
* Provide counseling for workmen behavior & work related matters.
* Provide on-the-job training to personnel and map/monitor skill matrix.
