Job Description :
* Up to date information is collated on VIP arrivals expected for the day.
* Guest History Cards are collated.
* Knowledge is up to date on Hotel facilities, functions and other tourist information, so as to give correct information to guests.
* All necessary facilities have been provided to VIP rooms such as fruits, flowers, cookies, bar and stationery.
* Personalised stationery of VIP’s is ready well in time.
* Guest requests are complied with to their satisfaction.
* Instant reservation facility is provided and followed up promptly for reservations in all our hotels.
* Ensure all expected arrivals are properly pre-registered with correct rates and address.
* Ensure rooms are blocked as per the booking and personal preferences of the guest.
* All guests are met on arrival and escorted to their allotted room.
* All guests are met on their check out and relevant feedback taken and passed n to the management.
* Guests are called up atleast once during the course of the day, to ensure that they are having a comfortable stay.
Desired Profile :
BSc / Diploma in Hotel Management with atleast 2 years of experience with good communication skills.

CV - for the Position : SEEKING FOR SUITABLE POSITION IN LAUNDRY DEPARTMENT.
To be a part of a creative team whereby my acquired skills and knowledge are put into use, thus contributing to the enhancement and productivity of the organization.
