At sadbhav, we converged our focus on the roads, mining and irrigation sector. We aggressively participate in the BOT opportunity in the road sector. We chose to adopt an integrated approach of developing & constructing road projects. Interestingly we believe in minimal sub-contracting. Job Profile :-
Part of team of engineers responsible for the design & development of various sheet metal Dies for European, Japanese & American clients. As a part of which I am also involved with the clients during design phases to have their suggestions/requirement incorporated in our designs & for final delivery.
- Designing the Layout & deciding the stages/process for component. Designing of stage dies such as draw, trim-pierce, restrike-flange, pierce cam-pierce etc. making surface models for each stage as per the requirement suggested in the die layout.
- Cam tools with both standard and self designed cams.
- Self designed reverse cam (double action cam) tools.

- Tools for components varying from 0.5 to 3.0mm thickness and size varying from 150mm to 2000mm.
