- User friendly with oil condamination testing , belt tensioning meter , split level , pressure gauge compression testing , load cell tester , viscosity
- Lubrication of machineries & equipements selection & method of lubrication frequncey , quality , quantity of lubricate to be used .
- Having experience in general workshop equipment & machinery.
- Material handling equipments : maintenance & trouble shooting in pallet truck , Hydraulic lifter (2T) , Fork lift (DAWEOO).
- Cooling tower maintenance
- Knowledge in welding process
- Attending installation of the machines & its fabrication & errection work
- Condition monitoring of equipment & machinery by vibraction , thickness & sound level measurement
Key area of responsibilities
- Planning & implementing effective preventive & corrective maintenance schedule.
- Maintain check list , equipment history cards & preventive maintenance check list & break down analysis.
- Iso related documentation.
- Cooradinating with all departments for day to day problem & job planning accordingly.
- Inventory control of maintenance spares .
- To be market drain & customer focused.
- Responsible to safety of people & equipment.
- Spare sparts management :-
Through experience of specification , preparation ,procurement & maintaining mechanical spare parts of the section
. Trained in application of effective communication supervisory development .
