o Purpose of Job :
+ Assist in the preparation of reports for management covering audit activities alongwith results and recommendations.

o Retail Strategy Products and Policy Group

o Purpose of Job :
+ Co ordination, control, data management of retail products.
+ Maintaining and publishing balance score card on Branch performance & performance of credit under writer.
+ Updation & modifications of Credit systems.
+ Coordination with Business Intelligence Unit for getting different analysis on portfolio parameters.
+ Data management – central point for all business & portfolio related data
+ Under taking projects & initiatives for process re engineering.

2. Phone Banking Officer (Full Time)

o Location : Mumbai.

o Key Deliverables :
+ Serve customers with regards to their banking inquiries on Deposits, Cards, life insurance and any other ICICI Bank product.
+ Managing Inbound and Outbound Phone calls, emails for servicing of customers inquiries and request in a professional and customer oriented manner.
+ Should be able to understand customer needs, company products and services and be able to multi-task between answering phone calls and back office functions.
+ Needs to be customer focused and pro actively suggest alternatives.
+ Provide inputs on process improvement based on customer feedback.

o Key Skills :
+ Good Communication Skills, command over English.
+ Interpersonal skills.

o Qualifications :
+ Graduates with 0 to 2yrs of Experience.

3. Branch Manager/ Branch Operation Manager

o Location : Metro, Across India.


o Key Deliverables :
+ Monitoring the branch sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branch and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services.
+ Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with Key Accounts.
+ Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance.
+ Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation.
+ Act as a Primary Contact between Business Development, Advisory, Operations and Finance & Accounts Departments, ensuring seamless service to Internal and External Clients.
+ To design and Implement Business Development and Marketing Strategies and Achievement of Sales and Profit Targets of all Financial Products and Services.
+ Ensuring that the financials of the branch are under control and the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times.
+ Coordinating with the different departments such as marketing, audit, legal and IT.
