Job Description
Designing and costing of itinerary
Giving bookings to hotels, airlines, and other service providers
Keeping regular touch with clients/ branches/ service providers to ensure smooth operations;
Maintenance of files to keep abreast with all the latest developments in the travel trade regarding new destinations and the rates and inform the management regarding the same
Filing, acknowledging messages, preparing documents, which form part of the voucher kits being given to clients prior to their departure
Raising timely invoices,
Meeting/ interacting with clients as and when required

Desired Candidate Profile
Good working knowledge of outbound tours especially towards UK, Europe and USA
Good working knowledge of the travel industry and knowledge of the new destinations which have opened up recently
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle difficult guests, create complex itinerary and costings
Crisis management skills and PR skills
Must have 2-3 years experience in handling outbound travel
