    SBI Bank Recruitment 2010 www.statebankofindia.com : Clerk

    State Bank of India(SBI) – the largest public sector bank in India has announced recruitment of 6100 clerks for its associate banks.Bankexamsindia.com had speculated about this SBI recruitment last week.

    Position – Vacancies – Payscale     :
    Clerk –     6000 posts (in 5 associate banks) – Rs.7200/-/Rs.19300
    can apply for vacancies in any one bank only.

    Dates     : Online registration of applications – 01.10.2010 to 01.11.2010
    Payment of fees - 01.10.2010 to 30.10.2010
    Written exam - 16.01.2011

    Eligibility     : Those interested to apply for clerk jobs in SBI associate banks ,
    * Must be 18 - 28 years of age, as on 1.10.2010
    * Completed 12th std. with 60% marks OR Diploma (after 10th) with 60% OR
    Degree (UG) with 40% aggregate, as on 1.10.2010
    * Fluency in english (write/ speak) is required.
    * Knowledge of local language is desired.

    Procedure     : The selection process for clerk posts in SBI associate banks involves Written test & Interview.The written test is Objective type & there is no descriptive test.
    # Negative mark would be given for every wrong answer & candidates have to score minimum marks in each paper.
    # A merit list of high ranking candidates would be prepared & called for Interview in the ratio of 1:3 (over     18000 candidates).

    Application     : The fee of Rs.50(SC/ST) & Rs.350(Others) has to be paid at any of the SBI branches between 01.10.2010 - 30.10.2010 & obtain receipt of payment.The payment/ education & personal info can then be submitted by filling the online application at www.statebankofindia.com

    China Merchants Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Construction Bank, ranked second, third and sixth, all having listed in 2006 and proving a big draw for investors.

    Hi, This Is Mr. Yelraj Putti, Was Working In Nationalized SYNDICATE BANK. I Recently Took VRS And Need A Job In SBI. And I'm Physically Fit. I Was Working In Mumbai Region. I Was Working In SYNDICATE Bank From 27 Years As A Clerk And Has A Good Skill And Has A Higher Experience. Please Help !
