Present Job Profile
- Supplier development and interaction with them for improving quality
- Ensure supplier process capability by conducting process audits at supplier manufacturing plants on identified parameters to understand process gaps, manpower skills and quality standards/ systems.
- Preparation of Pre Dispatch inspection report & various Time check sheets for the process.
- Helping vendors to preparing corrective action plans for lot rejection at receive inspection & verify those actions at regular intervals.
- Training and skill up grading of Inspector/operators of CTQ parameters & modern quality techniques.

- Investigate the root causes for the market complaints of the defective parts and escalate the issue with the suppliers (if applicable).
