Responsibilities
Key Objective / Purpose of the Job

The incumbent would be responsible for building deeper relationships with existing customers by understanding customers needs & building channels in the client organization to help business needs
Major Activities
==========
- Around 3 years of experience of POS and/or CBS companies
- Managing customer relationship from service delivery aspects and ensuring delivery of committed service levels to customers.
- SLA management, analysis on improvement areas and regular tracking of critical service delivery parameters.
- Analysis and ability to follow up and resolve customer issues in coordination with multiple teams.
- Retains and expands relationships with existing customers through building deeper channel of association in the client organization
- Oversees implementation of projects to ensure that all the client needs & expectations are met to customer’s satisfaction
- Serves as focal point of contact for all the engagement activities with clients post-sales
- Acts as escalation point for any customer servicing issues
- Builds prospects for renewal/new business from the present client
- Manages the receivables /collection from customer accounts
Essential Qualifications - BE /Any other relevant graduate degree
Work Experience : Total 8+ years of experience and around 3-5 years of industry experience.
