Qualifications :
* BE with MBA Finance from a premier business school Experience
Work Experience :
* Minimum 3 to 6 years of functional experience as Financial Analyst
Responsibilities :
Bid Advisory – (Financial Modeling, Risk Assessment and Competitor Analysis) :
* Develop detailed Financial Models for the evaluation of projects.
* Perform sensitivity analysis & scenario analysis based on different parameters (like EPC cost, Financial Structure) to enable the holistic analysis of Risk-Return profile of the projects.
* Conduct competitive analysis by studying the past bids and the balance sheet & strategy of different competitors.
* Coordinate with project development teams and analyze industry trends & evolution of financial structure.
* Play a key role in the decision for final bid values.
Deal Structuring :
* Lead the process of Financial Structuring (using Debt, Preferred Stock and Common Stock) and develop detailed financial model for Ramky Group.
Merger & Acquisitions :
* Evaluate investment proposals of various strategic investors.
* Prepare the valuation which forms as basis for the top management to evaluate the investment proposals.
Desired profile :
* Should possess good analytical skills
* Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
