Qualifications:
* Masters in Business Administration or (equivalent) from premier business schools with specialization in Marketing
Work Experience :
* Candidate should have overall experience of minimum 15 years out of which minimum 5 years should be from Real estate industry
Responsibilities :
Business Plan
* Create a Business Plan for the project, key highlights, roll-out plan, key success factors and risks
* Generate and analyze the market information and arrive at suitable product mix
* Supervising end-to-end completion of contracts starting from idea generation, concept development, requirement gathering, proposal making and client acquisition to the closure of the contract
* Evaluating and developing contingency plans in anticipation of ever changing facility space requirements as well as recommending appropriate occupancy alternatives/solutions
Key Account Management
* Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for securing profitable business deals from clients in various sectors viz., government and corporate
* Manage the clients expectations and build relationships
* Negotiate and close deals with clients
* Identify and develop new streams for long term revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business
Product Development
* Drive product development and innovation based on market, customer and product research.
* Evaluate the potential, practicality and financial feasibility of product concepts for development
Resource Planning
* Shall be responsible for developing an organogram, creating job description and staffing
Desired profile :
* Should have excellent communication and influencing skills
* Should have experience in Marketing and leasing of commercial properties, Market Research and Client Management
* Must be an excellent networking person able to connect and co-ordinate with corporates and esteemed brands
