Responsibilities
[LIST][*]The incumbent would be responsible for [*]For L2 level support for RF Base Stations (Wimax, MMDS, Radwin)[*]For Participating minor/Major activities of RF Optimization and change management from NOC perspective.[*]Being Skilled in Wimax Configuration management, which includes periodical BS Configuration Audit and normalization.[*]For generating MIS reports for network uptime, Man power utilization, Call Volume, alarm trend, proactive measure alert to field Ops team.[*]For application level Administrating RF Support servers like RAMP, Wimax NMS, Radwin NMS, and Aperto EMS.[*]Having detailed knowledge about NMS, EMS, Alarms, BS Fault finding, FE co-ordination, remote troubleshooting, RF link budgeting, Advance RF fundamentals, RADIUS and MRTG.[*]For training RFNOC L1 Team.[*]Additional Skill set Requirement:[*]Able to work in UNIX (Solaris) based operating system.[*]Able to write shell scripts to automate process.[*]Advanced Ms Excel for MIS processing.[*]Able to administrate Windows OS.[*]Field experience in RADWIN and PTP products is also expected and will be considered as added advantage.[*]IP and Data, Knowledge is Must.[/LIST]
Requirements
[LIST][*]The incumbent is expected to provide round the clock Support to Operation and Maintenance of RF/WiMAX Network in Mumbai Region.[*]Monitoring of the N/W Element & resources.[*]Handle change management, incident review, and root cause analysis.[*]To carry out the AT of newly installed RF Base station sites." [*]Diploma/Degree in Telecom field [*]Cisco Certification would be an added advantage.[*]Knowledge of RF Network & services offered on the same.[*]Knowledge of MPLS & Metro-E Network/service.[*]Excellent analytical capabilities.[*]Ready to handle the escalations round the clock & if required visit on fields.[*]Ability to influence peers in other Depts./ people on field to achieve objectives.[*]Work Experience : Over 4+ yrs of Experience in RF Network & Service Provider Domain.[/LIST]
