Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Micro-Station.
- Knowledge of FF, prepared the Segment Diagnosis Report by using FBT-6.
- Supervision of Instrumentation construction activities for Sulfur Recovery Unit after successful completion of Dehydration & Dew point unit, Gas Treating unit, Thermal Oxidizer unit, Sour Water Stripper & Sales Gas unit.
- Study of all kind of instrumentation drawings like P & ID, Instrument Loop Drawings, Hookup Drawings, Cable & Conduit Schedule, Wiring Diagrams, Interconnection Drawings and Vendor Drawings.
- Checking the installation of conduits, Junction Box, Impulse line, Air line and grounding of instruments, junction Box and Local control panels as per requirement and standards.
- Installation of Control Valve like Flow, Level, Temperature, Emergency shutdown, Deluge Valve and Motor operated Valve.
- Working in the Analyzer system for Gas Chromatograph, Oxygen analyzer, H2S analyzer, LEL analyzer.
- Ensure the installation of Instruments like Transmitters, Pressure Gauge, Thermo well, Temperature element (RTD and Thermocouple), Temperature indicator, Vibration element (Accelero and Velo meter), Gauge Glass and Control Valve.
- Checking of process line and Instrument Tapping point to confirm the location of Instruments Transmitter and impulse tubing.
- Loop checking between instrument and DCS.
- Knowledge of DCS Yokogawa CS-3000.
- Work with Steam turbine, Compressor and Air blower vendor to check all the connection of speed sensor, vibration element, RTD, local indicator like temperature and pressure and transmitter.

- Providing the necessary engineering documents and drawings to subcontractor and Red lining of drawings as per modification at site, and requirement of Operation.
- Rectify of MCC and all punch list items, which is issued by operation & client
- Coordination with client (Saudi Aramco) and Subcontractor (Sinopec) to resolve the problem regarding construction issues and maintain the progress.
- Technical review for loop packages and segment packages.
- Red lining of drawing and modify in the Loop folder drawings as per modification at the site.
- Supporting for the preparation of loop package, providing the necessary engineering documents and drawings to ensure the loop folder in compliance with the standards & procedure.
