Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for all HR, Personnel & administration at project sites. Ensuring compliance to all statutory provisions by the contractor under various acts and liaise with enforcement agencies for all required statutory compliances. Responsibilities include employee welfare, handling employee grievances, clarifying policies & procedures to dept. heads, overseeing housekeeping, travel arrangements, facilities management etc.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have a Degree/PG Diploma in HR / Personnel Management with good communication skills in English and Hindi/local language and with very good interpersonal skills. Thorough knowledge of labour laws and HR processes and procedures is essential. Experience in construction industry/large project sties is a must.
Experience: 12 to 15 years overall experience.
Location: Jegurupadu, Samalkot, Goindwal Sahib, Srinagar (Uttarakhand), Ratle(Jammu)
