Job Description :
* Gathering the business information from concerned people and updating it.
* Take ownership of project data, ensuring timeliness, integrity and accuracy at all times
* Take ownership of the Discovery Process for each assigned engagement.

Desired candidate profile :
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Good telephonic etiquette
* Good communication & organizational skills
* Computer literate
* Proficiency in using the Internet for searches
* Ability and willingness to learn new things
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
* Creativity and initiative
* Patience, determination and Confident
* Multi-tasking ability and a flexible approach to work
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Willingness to work in the night shifts

Education and Experience :
* Need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent in any discipline recognized by any University.
* Proficient in relevant computer applications
* Knowledge of M.S. Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
* Six months or more experience in an international call center environment
* Customer service experience
* Good keyboard skills
