Job Description :
The successful Quality Analyst is the type of person who accepts personal responsibility for his/her work and understands that his/her work has a direct impact on both our customers and on the success of the organization. He/She should have prior experience in Web Research and preferably should have worked in the Quality Control dept for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities include :
* Ensuring highest data quality and error free delivery.
* Maintain reports.
* Providing project level feedbacks to Team Leads.
* Continuous improvement of processes & methodologies.
* Co ordinate with the Team Leads on improving the performance of Agents.
* Perform related work as required

Education and training requirements :
* Any Degree
* Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills (both written and oral).
* Ability to work with people of all levels of responsibility.
* Excellent time management skills with exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks specifically to meet crucial deadlines. Ability to work as a team member.

Project Description :
To check the functionality and the performance of the application.
1) Using WINRUNNER, had to create GUI (Graphical User Interface) Map, Create Test Scripts, Debug the Tests, Run the Tests, View the Results and Report the defects when test run fails.
2) Using QTP, had to record a session on the application.Insert checkpoints into the test and broaden the scope of the test by replacing fixed values with parameters. Run the test to check and debug it. Analyze test results by viewing test results. Report the defects.
3) Using LOADRUNNER, record scripts, run and save the scripts. Link path in DB in the Rapid Script Wizard. Virtual Users will be created.
Now, using CORRELATION, Give unique identification. In VUSER INIT, establish connection with the application.
In the script, add a parameter in the place of the number.
Lastly, make users meet at a point and check the response time using rendez point.
