    Position : Manager (E-Learning)

    Location : Delhi

    Experience : 3-5 Years

    Job Description :
    Candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects, providing leadership to and managing project teams, comprising instructional designers, content writers, graphic designers, multimedia programmers, managing customer communication, and status reporting.

    Educational Profile (Preferred) :
    MBA or PMs with prior experience as instructional designers or graphic visualizers or multi media architects.

    Desired Profile :

    * Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing project teams of 15+ resources.
    • Experience in managing eLearning and/or instructor led content development projects.
    • The candidate should be able to handle multiple projects, possess strong communication (both written and verbal) and team management skills and should be process oriented and metric driven.
