Managed Sneha Abhiyan Centres (in partnership with ACTIONAID INDIA) facilitating community integration of affected families in Jagatsinghpur and Kendrapara post 1999, Super-cyclone Rehab Project.
Headed the Social Capital Restoration Programme in Kendrapara District with support from OSDMA/World Bank after 2002 flood
Headed a large Livelihood Restoration Programme in partnership with CARE India in Kendrapara District after 2002 flood
Initiator of Meena Clubs concept (163 Meena Clubs - more than 15000 members). It was matter of pride as a rural Meena Girl became the only Indian so far to get the International Youth Action Net award for outstanding contribution to youth activities.
Represented UNICEF in National Forums on CRCP and WES
Led the IT Kiosk concept in the state and as the consultant for UNDP coordinated the launch of ICT revolution Mission 2007 at Bhubaneswar
Led the Red Ribbon Express project as the Dy. CEO, leading a team of over 100 persons for the state which was a successful campaign mobilizing 2,73,000 people from all walks of life in HIV & AIDS awareness programme in 2008
