* 2 + years coding experience using Java web applications in a Windows/Linux/Unix environment. (JDK 1.5/1.6)
* Good exposure to JSF, AJAX
* Proficient with HTML, Javascript, CSS
* Experience using Apache, Tomcat, Oracle
* Knowledge of design patterns
* Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
* Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Sun certified Java developer (Optional)
* Exposure to JMS, Web services is an added plus

Description :
This project is based on buying items online which reduces your effort of going to the shopping mall or shop every time out of your hectic schedule. The project is categorized into three modules comprising of the admin section, the user section and the database engine. The admin has the authority of doing any kind of modification into the website, where as the user has the authority of modifying his on contents only. The database engine module has the DFD and the flow of data across the entire database. The additional feature of uploading, downloading has been implemented in the project to make the the functionalities more user friendly and helpfull.
