    Engineer / Science Graduate/ Diploma with an experience of 2-3 years in domain registration and hosting with good communication skills.

    Call logging, Classification, and prioritization and Maintaining Call Registers. Tracking Calls to Resolution. Generating Call Reports.

    Configuring, Maintaining & troubleshooting of Software. Creating users and giving proper rights to them. Configuring and publishing different types of software on server and also administration of server for different issues.

    Providing Desktop support for Operating Systems like Windows 98, Windows XP and Windows 2000 professional. Installation of various software. Troubleshooting of various hardware related problems. Configuration and troubleshooting mailing account in MS Outlook and Outlook Express.

    Knowledge of remote Mail, Internet access software like FGR, Cisco VPN. Maintaining and updating the inventory file of all the IT asset. Coordinating with different vendors for various issues.
