Job Description:

Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing ABAP programs and other ABAP objects. This includes:

[LIST][*]Understanding production support and service requests, analyzing and developing specific programming solutions to accommodate those requests.[*]Responsibility for implementing cost effective technical solutions that improve the accuracy, reliability, and stability of the production SAP environment.[/LIST]
Requirements:

Possess a thorough understanding of the ABAP runtime system and have a working familiarity with SAP Netweaver in an ECC6.0 environment.

[*]

Have at least 3 years experience developing ABAP programs and other repository objects using appropriate ABAP workbench tools. Experience in Java or SAP Web Dynpro will be an added advantage.

[*]

Understand the ABAP Dictionary and its working relationship to SAP tables and programs.

[*]

Have fluency in development of reports, function modules, and BAPIs using efficient database access techniques.

[*]

Be able to modify and implement customer functions, user exits, BADIs, SAP script, Smart Forms.

[*]

Adobe Forms and Workflow programming experience is a plus.

[*]

Be able to modify and implement cross-application objects using concepts such as iDocs, EDI, and ALE.

[*]

Previous experience using SAP SD, MM, FI, and HR modules in an Oracle/Unix environment is preferred.

Must work with a positive attitude, a results orientation, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

Possess a bachelor's degree with some academic training in software analysis, design, and programming.

Certification in ABAP development, Web Dynpro development, or SAP Netweaver a plus.
