MANAGER (PERSONNEL)

Candidate should be a first class graduate with a post graduate / diploma qualification in IR & Personnel Management from a reputed Institute with not less than 10 years experience in independently handling Personnel administration, HR and IR. The position calls for a matured and an understanding person whose core belief is people development with competence in handling HR & IR independently under the guidance of Corporate HR. Experience in QCC, Kaizen, TPM promotion initiatives, recruitment, training & development, building strong employee relations, handling factory discipline, canteen & transport facilities, payroll management, positive IR and labour laws compliance will be essential. Fluency in English and Tamil and ability to draft letters and notices will be essential. Exposure to SAP ( payroll & HR Modules ) will be an added advantage. Age: around 35 years. Right candidate will be provided opportunity for learning and a long term career growth path .


Salary for the above positions will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

PCI cards are given main attention here and the mainly concentrated on them

CURRICULUM PROJECT:

MINOR PROJECT: “Microprocessor Controlled Aplliances”
It is a project which shows how a programmable microprocessor can be used for numerous application in which it controls the various home appliances. This circuit was accomplished by employing mainly the CMOS,IC’s and Thumbnail switches besides few other components. The supply current of IC’s being quite low, the circuit may be operated on the battery. It’s rugged and capable of operating on voltages ranging between 6-15 volts

MAJOR PROJECT: “ATM Security System”
This project enabled me to learn various features & functions of a ATM security system along with its components like relay, transistors, sensors, any communication system like mobile phone and any atm system etc. In this security system , any unwanted signals can be sensed by sensors and this is passed by the relay to the communication system to make a call to the security number
