Position reporting to : General Manger - Central Maintenance

Job Summary :
• Preventive &Breakdown maintenance of Conventional machines, CNC Machines, SPM’s & Utilities Systems. • Troubleshoot in Mechanical assemblies, Hydraulics and Pneumatic circuits. • Analysis of break downs & suitably carry out corrective and preventive action • To plan and execute the planned and unplanned jobs

Roles and responsibilities :
echnical requirements • Should have sound knowledge and experience in Preventive &Breakdown maintenance of Conventional machines, CNC Machines, SPM’s & Utilities Systems. • Should be able to read and troubleshoot in Mechanical assemblies, Hydraulics and Pneumatic circuits. • Should be capable of doing analysis of break downs & suitably carry out corrective and preventive action • Should ensure update of data in maintenance software package. • Should be able to plan and execute the planned and unplanned jobs. • Should possess 5S & TPM knowledge • Should be willing to work in shifts Desirable requirements • Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. • Working knowledge of SAP R3 module Industrial Experience Steel industries, Heavy Engineering & Fabrication industries, Pipe & Tube Mills, Automobile industries. The candidate should be a self motivated person with extra ordinary leadership qualities & proven track record.

Educational Qualifications : BE – Mechanical with first division and 6 to 8 years of experience

Work Experience : 6 - 8 Years in related field
