Job Summary :
• Industrial Relations • Management and Union negotiations. • Co-ordination and Liaisioning with Labour Officers, Factory Inspectors and Police Stations. • Discussions with the Legal advisors and attending court cases as Management representative. • Conducting domestic inquiries and taking disciplinary actions (Memo, Charge sheet, Notices etc.). • Attending Arbitration and conciliation proceedings. • Statutory Compliances. • Knowledge of Drafting and processing of commercial agreements, bonds, contracts and other litigation matters. • Interpretation of legal documents in detail.

Educational Qualifications :
• Any Graduate or Post Graduate / Diploma in HR/IR/Legal/LLB will be preferred. • Minimum 4 - 8 years of experience in IR, ER and Legal in Infrastructure Construction. • Should be able to communicate in English , Hindi and Gujarati • Good Presentation, Negotiation and Investigation skills.
Work Experience : 5 to 8 yrs. of experience in the relevant field .
