Job Description
Conducts and analyzes complex systems and business analyses. Oversees information technology projects through the full system lifecycle with some guidance.

1. Coordinates complex software installations ensuring systems function as designed and updates system to stakeholder specifications; ensuring adherence to vendor and corporate specifications.
2. Develops, installs, and maintains complex business applications using structured development methodology according to corporate standards.
3. Interfaces with other areas in information systems and stakeholder departments to support existing production systems and to develop and implement new systems.
4. Applies industry leading technology to maintain and install system software in order to maintain efficient operations.
5. Analyzes, determines, and controls resources used in systems programming to ensure efficient resource usage while maintaining system performance level.
6. Performs complex systems analysis translating business requirements into technical solutions.
7. Provides on-call support to ensure systems function as designed.
8. May coordinate large system tests, conduct walkthroughs or develop and teach technical classes in order to maintain efficient operations.
9. Manages projects and resources within and outside of department to accomplish tasks such as conducting ad-hoc meetings and persuading clients to complete required task in order to complete project.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, specialized computer systems training or equivalent.
2. Minimum of three years programming experience in applications.
3. Knowledge of and skilled in systems analysis, logic diagramming, test debugging, system software, systems testing, systems implementation, and documentation standards.
4. Experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming, J2EE applications/Web development Frameworks (Struts, Spring, Hibernate), tier components (JDBC, MQ), Java/J2EE design patterns.
5. Technical experience with technologies in Java, such as JSP/JSF/Servlet, JMS, Transaction, JDBC, Web Services, Security, Style Sheet, HTML/XHTML, JSTL, Ajax, JUnit, and JMS.
6. Experience with version control tool, such as Clearcase or SVN.
7. DB2 knowledge a plus.
8. Works well in a team environment.
9. Proven results oriented person with a rapid delivery focus.
10. Quick learner.
11. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
12. Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
