    Role purpose:
    Provides an efficient support service to customers and colleagues within Sales or Marketing
    Work is of a largely administrative nature with limited face-to-face contact with customers

    Key Accountabilities:
    Works closely with the sales community to ensure that the appropriate Account executives are set up in the commission systems, allocated the correct targets, accounts and incentive attributes
    Ensures the input and update of revenues for calculating the commission due, ensuring that HR are updated and that payments are made
    Ensures that the processes and supporting procedures are accurate and that the integrity of the data is maintained in the colt systems
    Generate regular reports to the sales community
    Provides data feeds, maintain systems & data support
    Prepare project documentation and information

    Experience:
    Entry level position, requires limited sales/marketing expertise or experience but some administrative/technical experience

    Additional Accountabilities:
    Purpose of Sales Operations
    Sales Operations is a centralised function with the primary objective to develop and implement consistent Sales systems, processes, reporting, analysis, training and incentive programmes across COLT country locations and business segments, to increase Sales efficiency and productivity.

    Purpose of Commission Analyst
    The Analyst would be end to end responsible for either and or any of 5 (Five) incentive verticals:
    • SIP- Sales Incentive Plan
    • PCP-Partners Commission Plan
    • P-SIP- Professional Service Incentive Plan
    • CVT-Carrier Voice Trading
    • CMS- Colt Managed Services

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Monthly Processing as per Commission Calendar
    • Reconciliation of Commissions Payouts with Company P&L figures
    • Publish Monthly Reports & MIS to key Stakeholders & Op Co
    • Co ordinate with Sales Ops and Account executives to resolve queries on monthly Commission payout figures
    • Provide Ad hoc reports to business as per the requirements

    Essential Requirements
    Candidates should be commerce graduates. It is preferable if at least 50% of the candidate's current responsibilities is analytical in nature.
    • Minimum 2-3 years experience with at least 1 year experience in reporting and MIS
    • Strong in Ms Access , Ms Excel (Advanced) & VBA
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Good knowledge and hands on experience of reconciliation.
    • English fluent (written & spoken)
    • Individual contributor & a good team player.
    • Accurate and familiar with the base business principles to present / check / deliver accurate information
    • Proven experience in processing large extracts of MS Excel data and write formulae, delivering desired outputs for analysis & reporting
    • Demonstrable ability to deliver against strict timescales and work under pressure when priorities/requirements change.
    • Ability to play with numbers & be able to handle it with ease.
