2. Should have good experience in reverse logistics and supply chain management.

Three Years of Experience as a BSS Technical support Engg .This is Department for the Base Station Subsystem (BSS) responsible To establish, maintain and expand the GSM network. Where the Quality of the service is always remain the area of improvement

Current Organization
- Currently working with Nokia Siemens Networks Telecom & providing services to Vodafone ,West Bengal As A -BSS Technical Engineer from Nov. 2009 to till date

Current Responsibilities

- Responsible for the quality and traffic to of the BSC and BTS to maintain as the optimum level. Routine health checks of the BSC’S
- Provide BSS Technical support solutions for the site engineers
- Software up gradation of the BSC’S and BTS’s as well as the license up gradation of the existing network
- Responsible for troubleshoot the alarms if occurred in any of the BSC’s According to the severity either by self or by site Engg.
- Monitor the KPI Reports on the routine basis on the CELL and BSC level And responsible for to do needful if quality seems affected
- Routine crosschecking of the all the parameters of the BSCs on the routine basis of the random BSS and RF level for quality check.
- Alignment of Micro Wave Antennas (0.30m, 0.6m, 1.2m, 1.8 m).
- Checking OMU links with BTS from BSC previously.
- BSS operations & maintenance, Handling BTS sites.
- Day to day closure of BTS and Microwave Alarms faced in the Cluster.
- Maintenance of BTS, M/W.
- Up gradation of Microwave and BTS Capacity.
- Coordination with Transmission team for E1 Related Issues.
- Shifting of Traffic between Microwave equipments &, Mux.
- PDH Loop Implementation in Metro Hub.
- Rectify the faults in BTS and Microwave as soon as possible.
- Operation and Maintenance of transmission equipments.
- VSWR measurement using Site master.
- Coordinate with OMCR to rectify BTS & M/W related Alarms.
