Job Description
Supervise food production in the absence of supervisor, Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards. Assist with set-up, service and clean-up of food production. Preparation and presentation of all food items reflect continuity & highest quality
Desired Candidate Profile
Education must be BHM or Diploma in Hotel Management, Experience 2 to 3 Yrs in 3 or 5 star hotels, good communication and Interpersonal skills. Should be able to work in team and be a team leader. Patient, Observant, Decision making ability.
