Responsibilities:
Kronos offers solutions to a diverse array of industries including manufacturing, IT& ITES, government, healthcare, hospitality, and Retail. Kronos is a market leader in most of these industry verticals in all developed markets like US, Canada, UK, Australia etc and has set up operations in Western Europe, India, China and south east Asia in the last year or so.
Kronos has also emerged as a strong player in the Talent acquisition space in US in the last few years and plan to consolidate their position in Talent acquisition globally.
Major Responsibilities:
[LIST][*]Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and Indian sales team, ensuring implementation of effective marketing processes, methodologies and deliverables [*]Develop an India marketing plan in collaboration with the Country Manager, Sales manager and the Head of International Marketing [*]Recruit and work with Analysts and PR Agency on the creation of company Press Releases, customer reference materials, media opportunities, related research and key speaking engagements [*]Manage and operate within the allocated regional marketing budget.[*]Work with Corporate Marketing to develop marketing materials that express advantages of our offerings and to ensure overall marketing consistency in messaging and value proposition. [*]Work closely with International Marketing and sales teams to create high-impact, precision-oriented programs that increase awareness, product/solution adoption and maintenance renewals. [*]Help minimize reinventing of specific campaigns by leveraging Corporate and other regional marketing programs and deliverables within the Indian region.. [*]Plan, manage, and implement all aspects of end-to-end marketing seminars and events, including the management of event logistics, event facilities, shipping, set-up, dismantle, audio-visual, contract/vendor negotiations, securing key resources/speakers and other activities that will ensure a successful event. [*]Manage with sales the lead management process and metrics achieving the targets for marketing contribution to the sales pipeline target [*]Develop and manage leads directly and through third party companies. [*]Work with, develop positive relationship with, communicate with, and coordinate activities with other employees in sales, customer services, finance and when appropriate the partner channel. [*]Develop and deliver effectively internal and external communications. [*]With the International Marketing team, develop and deliver regional marketing programs targeting prospective end users and existing installed base customers – expanding the Kronos presence. Proactively track details/requirements for program success and ROI analysis.[/LIST]

Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA (Marketing or a related field of study), industry experience, minimum 10 years of related experience, program creation, execution and management of resources
