    Responsibilities:
    The primary responsibility of the finance manager is to provide financial planning and analysis as well as business operations support to the general manager and staff of Kronos Systems India as well as provide ongoing feedback to corporate management on business performance, opportunities and exposures. The finance manager position will also liaise with our external accounting firm in India to ensure that corporate financial and administrative policies are defined and implemented properly. This position will be responsible for the activities listed below.

    1. Interfacing with local management and corporate finance departments
    2. Monitoring compliance with corporate revenue recognition policy and coordinating sales order processing.
    3. VSOE calculations
    4. Bookings & revenue reporting
    5. Conducting commission calculations
    6. Forecasting & Budgeting revenue, expense and cash
    7. Preparation of service productivity, service backlog and sales performance analysis.
    8. Preparation of standard and adhoc operational and financial analysis and reporting
    9. Coordinating maintenance contract renewals
    10. Customer collections as necessary

    Qualifications
    1. However, BS in Accounting / Finance will be considered
    2. 8-10 years related experience in financial planning / analysis
    3. Software revenue recognition experience
    4. Senior finance role supporting a multi-national corporation including experience as a finance business partner to a general manager or similar
    5. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
    6. High level of proficiency in English

    The applicant should have a solid financial background coupled with operational experience. The applicant should be able to recommend policy changes to maximize the subsidiary performance, identify business issues and assess organizational performance. The applicant should be able to operate independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with senior and corporate management.
