    1. Candidate should be a LLB/LLM.
    2. Candidate should have good knowledge of land matters/due deligence and litigation.
    3. Ability to handle suites in courts.
    4. Liaison with various government & statutory authorities.
    5. To co-ordinate and obtain clearances from various government bodies.
    6. Providing strategic legal input on contracts issues, business development and operational issues
    7. Advising on Labour & Employment law issues.

    Validating and addressing discrepancies in the Clinical database to ensure the database is clean.
    Pulling regular reports from the database and performing manual checks to make the database 100% error free.
    Creating and updating tracker in Ms-Excel using advance filters and different validating formulas.
    Role as a Data Manager : Ensure the completeness and validity of the clinical trial data that has gone through data entry. Resolve discrepancies identified by the system and also by manual checks, by referring to standard, harmonized, or project specific guidelines. Interact with DMLs for quality issues via Web-ex or telephonic conferences.
    Roles as a Protocol lead : I got opportunity to work as a protocol lead with an experience of managing a study team of 10 executives primarily for the Clinical Data Management related to o the clinical trial data based on the different therapeutic areas like Vaccines and Transplant and for a period of 2 years.
    My responsibilities included managing SLA compliance for the given protocols, cross training within team, timely communication / escalation of issues to the onshore Protocol Data Managers and related site personals, updating and review of Standard Guidelines, Data Review Procedures, Preparation of Training for the new executives and verification on Compliance and implementation of Control checks etc and approval of their work as a part of mentoring phase.
    I have also got several chances to demonstrate the ability to communicate with onshore counterparts through presentations on several governance calls using WebEx etc.
    Also got opportunities to lead several process enhancement initiatives till implementation in the Clinical Data Management Space. My responsibilities included training the offshore team in the name of mentoring and supporting onsite and offshore queries post implementation.
