- Preparation of P&ID’s & Layout w.r.t USFDA Guidelines.
- Developing conceptual schemes and Layouts for process plants
- Preparation of Installation Qualification related documents.
- Coordination with contractors, Equipment suppliers & consultant.
- Preparation of Piping support, Piping GA & Isometrics.
- Equipment Erection & Commissioning.
- Preparation of BOQ / BOM for Piping & Valves, HVAC.
- Analyzes the technical documents (specifications, calculation notes, drawings, etc.) in order to assess the scope of the studies required and the potential risks.
- Seeks solutions which can bring overall savings to the project in terms of shortest route for piping etc.
- Estimates quantities or validates estimation done by other specialist of the team.
- Checks all produced documents (internal or subcontracted) like design reports, technical specifications, drawings etc under my responsibility.
- Writes the Piping and Layout methodologies / Design Premises comprehensive of all necessary data, general and specific design guidelines.
- Organizes the work of the team under his responsibility.
- Defines and follows-up the planning of resources mobilization.
- Controls the input data for the team activities and check/review all the documents issued by the team.
