Job Description/Specification :
* To make the revenue from the Sales and Service Operations.
* To ensure prudent/ productive utilization of branch funds/ resources/ people/ facilities.
* To sustain the existing growth pattern of the business and ensure the consistent growth in view the changing business scenario and corporate business policies.
* To maintain an updated dealer/ distributor data base at any given point of time.
* Explore the business forecast from time to time, interact with plant / logistics team and follow up with them for material availability as per the market demand.
* Motivating the sales staff/ channel partners for selling the material as per the forecast/ market demand.
* To keep informed the R&D from time to time for potential / feasible market base/customer expectations/ customer complaints and suggestions for up-grading the product quality / new product developments.
* To work for the product promotion/ brand enhancement/ visibility promotion and new products launch as per the guidelines
* To enhance the present market share, brand visibility in the market
* Design and develop innovative product pricing, schemes etc.
Experience : 7-10 yrs

Qualifications : Graduation, preferably BE (Electronics/ Electrical) with MBA in Sales & Marketing
Annual CTC : Best in the industry
