established in the year 1986 by our Promoter Director Mr. Jerry Varghese is an infrastructure construction company engaged in the business of construction of Highways and Runways. Our Company is headquartered at Mumbai with operations spread across the states of Maharashtra, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Mizoram, Gujarat and Delhi. Our Company started its operations by taking up road works for Government Departments like Public Works Department (PWD), Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). In the year 1988, we bagged our first major contract for construction of roads/ bituminous flexible pavement for the entire Nhava Sheva port and construction of rigid concrete pavement base with RCC beams and columns in container yard and completed the project within the stipulated period of 24 months. We constructed runways by taking up the work of strengthening of secondary runway 09/27 at Indira Gandhi International airport, New Delhi. We have also completed bituminous overlay of the runway at Vadodara Airport and upgradation of the main runway 09/27 at the Mumbai International Airport.

My educational qualification is M.Com, I.C.W.A. (Inter). I did B.Com. from Allahabad University in the year 1970, LL.B(1st year) from Calcutta University in the year 1971, and M.Com. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal in the year 1991. I passed I.C. W.A. (Inter) from The Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India in the year 1989.

Besides, the Corporation has got its own net work in regard to Construction of Warehouses and Container Freight Stations. The Corporation has its own Container Freight Stations/ Inland Container Depot at various locations of the country so as to facilitate the Importers/ Exporters pertaining to operations related to Import/Export & Custom bonded Goods/ Cargo.
During the span of 28 years of my service in C.W.C., I have been posted at different Regional Offices/ Construction Cells/ Container Freight stations/Inland Container Depot and I am well versed in the Accounts including finalization of accounts up to Balance Sheet, VAT, Taxation(Income Tax), Service Tax., Costing, MIS, Budget and Audit as well as matters related to disputes under Arbitration Act which includes draft reply on the claims of the Contractor and counter claim of the Corporation pursuant to provisions as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the Contract.
In addition, I have also acted as Defense Counsel/ Defense Assistant in relation to Departmental Inquiry instituted against the Charged Official of the Corporation effectively.
Besides, Assessment of Income Tax & Service Tax matters can also be effectively undertaken subject to little guidance & supervision. And filing of quarterly/annual returns in relation to Income Tax & Service Tax matters can also be undertaken subject to guidance, supervision and control.
Last but not the least; I am well versed in Tally Accounting, M.S. Word and Excel. I can undertake the programming of the Accounts/ Inventory in Tally to suit the needs of an organization. In addition, I am well versed in Office Correspondence related to Accounts, Legal and on general matters.
