TECHNICAL SKILLS :
* Automation tester with expertise in QTP 9.2 and above
* Thorough understanding of test methodology, test life cycle, bug life cycle
* Exposure to web technologies is mandatory
* Should have ability to write and maintain test cases and scripts
* Ability to interpret project specifications
* Performs user & workflow testing
* Learning to be proficient in one scripting language
* Advanced knowledge of one core operation system
* Ability to use testing tools for product area
* Familiar with project dependent technology

SOFT SKILLS :
* Works closely with development team
* Good time management skills
* Superior communication skills
* Ability to take on new tasks
* Good problem solving and diagnostic skills
* Flexible based on work load
