    Responsibilities:
    · To familiar with the Groups’ corporate structure, existing contractual framework that supports the transfer pricing of services and IP and the rationale that underpins this. Able to gain a rapid understanding of the essentials of any project requiring support at short notice.
    · Compliance: Assist in monitoring and preparing the documentation efforts of the businesses (both locally and globally) to support validity of group transfer pricing arrangements. Prepare reports to confirm the Group’s compliance position.
    · To work within the transfer pricing team on specifically documenting intra-group transactions. This means prepare transfer-pricing documentation (TP study, from functional analysis, method selection, benchmarking, etc) to support validity of group transfer pricing arrangements. Prepare reports to confirm the Group’s compliance position.

    Requirements:
    · A university degree in business administration or taxation with at least 3 years of transfer pricing experience:
    · Understanding of the OECD Guidelines on Transfer Pricing and Costs sharing and experience of their application.
    · Understanding of the principles of UK, NL or US taxation, especially as they apply to transfer pricing and cost sharing
    · Understand the principles of international taxation
    · Relevant tax, law or accounting qualification
