    Responsibilities:
    · Supports all governance and financial assurance activities within areas of responsibility and ensure appropriate governance, assurance and risk management processes are put in place.
    · Support execution and management Code of Conduct (Ethics and Compliance) assurance and investigations work as required by Common Infrastructure Management (CIM) Compliance Officer.
    · Would support one or more Process within Finance operations (FO) to build up specialisation/area of expertise.
    · Managing material CCI/BCI Deep Dive (Control Compliance Incident/ Business Compliance Incident) reviews with Operations and the Business, investigation of Root causes, deciding on actions, QA re audits of closed items.
    · Member of global Finance Operations CCI network, attends global GRA(Governance, Risk and Assurance) CCI forum – foster cross-centre support, specialisation, knowledge sharing etc
    · Perform review of Manage Handover process in the centre
    · Support the Business Assurance Letter Process in the Centre
    · Perform review of delegation of authorities in the Centre, for appropriateness and accuracy
    · Support the Focal point for SoD (Segregation of Duties) assurance. Ensure consistency with global approach and local business risk assessments and agree on SOD approach for the Centre with Centre GRA and Finance Operations GRA.
    · Provide training /presentation on governance and compliance process/issues and support on boarding.

    Requirements:
    · Chartered Accountant with 2- 3 years post qualification experience in Finance/ Internal Controls/ Audit in a reputed medium to large corporate or Big 4 audit firm
    · Knowledge of risk and control frameworks essential.
    · Experience of applying the COSO model to Risk and Controls Frameworks and Sox 404 experience is an added advantage.
    · Business process reengineering experience an advantage as is experience of operating in both a multi dimensional and change management environment.
    · IT literate and good working knowledge of MS Office
