[LIST][*]Responsible for all Quality-related activities for various processes [*]Transaction Monitoring, Reports & Analysis, Trainings, COPC Alignment and Internal Process Audits, Improvement Projects [*]To advice the Operations to take proper steps in strengthening quality aspects and enhance the productivity[*]To educate employees and the quality team on quality aspect and create confidence among them for strict adherence of quality norms and in turn to achieve SLA[*]Ensuring client satisfaction, take review of the Quality tools and provide feedback to the Operation for performance improvement[*]Will communicate all the set policies/ guidelines of ISMS to current employees & new employees on a regular basis[*]Minimum 5-8 years experience in a Call Center Quality Assurance department[*]Should possess 2 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in an International Call Center[*]A bachelor’s degree, from a reputed institute is mandatory[*]Quality certifications would be an added advantage[*]Open to working in night shift[/LIST]About Us
