Job Description
• 8- 10 years of experience including complete software development life cycle and extensive experience with project management, requirements management, and team coordination.
• Experience in managing/leading teams
• Experience in interacting with client managers. key stakeholders etc.
• Good understanding of quality processes, knowledge areas, productivity, accountability, with excellent communication skills.
• A proven track record of delivering C++ projects.
• Understanding of multiple technologies including (but not limited to): C++, Java.
• Strong knowledge of core Windows OS concepts.
• Understanding of OO design and development.
• Good communication skills with focus on delivering what needs to be done, Strong personal ownership and ability to set and meet high professional standards, Flexible and responsive work style, Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a large team through the complexities of the business solution. • Proven mentoring and coaching abilities to ensure effective growth plans of technology members of teams. • Design and development in large scale, high volume, multi-threaded business critical applications.
