LMS implementation / administration
[LIST][*]. Implementation of Learning Management System
[*]LMS requirement analysis
[*]Coordination with
[*]Vendor [Interaction with vendors technical team for LMS implementation]
[*]Support Function [ Administration & IT Support teams for LMS implementation]
[*]Leadership Teams [Interaction with Project Managers and SMEs for setting up the Competency framework & learning roadmap]
[*]Testing and troubleshooting of LMS system
[*]Administration of LMS post implementation
[*]Reporting/Monitoring the usage of LMS,
[*]To support the competency development initiatives and ensure skill upgradation of all employees in Headstrong India w.r.t the identified core competency areas.
[*]To develop competency areas for Headstrong India in collaboration with the Leadership Teams.
[*]To assist in identification of employee knowledge gaps and address them through the LMS
[*]Should be able to create individual learning plans using LMS.
[*]To benchmark, review, track progress and continuously improve identified competency areas through the Learning Management System.
