Job Description
Understanding prospect requirements – Domain (in conjunction with account manager) as well as technical requirements
Validate the technical requirements arising out of solution need
Undertaking technical discussions and technical query handling at prospects’ end.
Arriving at a wire-frame architecture of the solution
Understand data structures of the underlying data sources
Undertake PoCs – highlighting both – functionalities and features of HiQube
Briefing implementation team on order finalization and project handover

Desired Profile
Should have handled pre-sales consulting atleast for 5-6 projects.
Ideally the candidate should have good insight into Data Warehousing concepts, and ideally one who has worked on Cognos / Hyperion ESSbase technologies / Oracle Application Manager
Should have good knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) – either Informatica / Data Stage / Oracle Warehouse Builder 10GR2
Good knowledge on Database schemas, working knowledge of database design, and familiarity with industry terminologies related to data base and data warehouse
Should have preferably worked in Manufacturing and/or Government sector, as domain knowledge is vital for understanding requirements and executing PoCs.
