    Job Title : Senior Manager/ Chief Manager (Liaison)

    Qualification : B.A., BE/B.Tech, Diploma (Civil, Engineering, Management )

    Experience : 18 - 21

    Location : Mumbai

    JOB DESCRIPTION :
    Job involves getting permissions, building relationships and networking with local authorities i.e.BMC,TMC,PWD,MMRDA,MIDC,Traffic Police etc. Leveraging relationships/rapport in obtaining timely permissions from authorities, getting refunds and facilitating reconciliation as per the projet targets will be other challanges.
    Candidate should be a graduate or diploma holder in Engineering with around 20 years of experience in hydrocarbon/energy/process industry/construction/city gas distribution project or Muncipal/Government department. Must have thorough knowledge of working of Government departments in getting permissions,refunds & policy issues.
    Excellent interpersonal skills,ability to develop and maintain contacts and coordinate with other utilities is a must.Candidate should be able to lead and interact with managers,senior departmental heads,consultants & contractors.Should be computer savvy.
