As of now the Sectoral play encompasses, Leisure, Entertainment, Sport led brands and services, Beauty and Fitness & Wellness businesses.
Examples of these are Sports Bar Themed Restaurants, Bowling and Gaming (Galaxy Entertainment Corporation Ltd.), âSachâ Brand (Future Consumer Products Ltd.), Food Kiosks - (Rain Fruits and More Pvt. Ltd.), Fit & Active Gyms (Talwalkarâs Pantaloon Fitness Pvt. Ltd.), Bollywood Zone (JV with Percept)
These are yet to be scaled up businesses in the Indian context and require high level of strategic, brand marketing, concept selling, incubation & innovation, commercial and project management skills

Job Description
-- Ensure timely issuing of various Letters to employees within stipulated time lines (Appointment letters, confirmations, Transfers)
-- Generate attendance data for payroll processing in co-ordination with Zone HR
-- Ensure creation, and updation of leave cards and supportings (NTKâs , emails)
-- Create and regularly update systems and formats to record Processing of reimbursements, loans and salary advance applications
-- Manage and regularly update the PINs in the HRIS
-- Updating respective reports (Employee List, MIS, F & F , Attrition etc)
-- Ensure timely opening of bank accounts for all new employees and subsequent communication with payroll
